The strictly necessary entry is set without consent under Art. 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive (strictly necessary exemption). Analytics cookies are only set after explicit consent.
3. Marketing Cookies
SwedenCasaSolutions does not currently use any marketing or advertising cookies or tracking pixels. No services such as Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, TikTok Pixel, Google Ads Remarketing, or similar technologies are active on this website at the time of writing.
4. Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, to measure traffic and improve the user experience.
- Consent-gated loading — Google Analytics 4 is loaded only after the user explicitly grants Analytics consent through the cookie banner. If you do not consent, no GA scripts are executed and no GA cookies are set.
- Google Consent Mode v2 is implemented — before consent, the signals
analytics_storage,ad_storage,ad_user_dataandad_personalizationare all set todenied. Onlyanalytics_storageis switched tograntedafter you accept Analytics. IP anonymization (anonymize_ip) is enabled on every GA4 call. - Withdrawal — Analytics consent can be changed or withdrawn at any time through Cookie Settings (link in the footer). When withdrawn, the consent signal is immediately set back to
deniedand any existing_ga/_ga_<ID>cookies are deleted.
5. Consent Storage
The scs.cookie-consent.v1 localStorage entry is used exclusively to remember the visitor's consent choicesso the banner does not reappear on every page load. It is a first-party entry that never leaves your device and is considered a strictly necessary storage mechanism for privacy compliance under the GDPR and the ePrivacy Directive.
6. Other third-party technologies (no cookies)
The following third-party resources are loaded by the website but do not set cookies on your device:
- Google Fonts (
fonts.googleapis.com,fonts.gstatic.com) — provides the Cormorant Garamond and Inter typefaces. No cookies are set; Google may log the IP address of the request in its server logs. Provider: Google Ireland Limited. - Web3Forms (
api.web3forms.com) — only contacted when you actively submit the contact / inquiry form. Acts as a processor that relays the submission to our mailbox. No cookies, no passive tracking. - WhatsApp deep link (
wa.me) — an outbound link that only opens WhatsApp when you click it. No script is loaded. - OpenStreetMap embed (
www.openstreetmap.org) — used on the Contact and Countries pages. The map is not loaded automatically: a placeholder with a "Load Map" button is shown first, and the iframe is only inserted into the page after you actively click it. Once loaded, your IP address and standard request metadata are transmitted to the OpenStreetMap Foundation (UK). Your choice is remembered for the current browser session viasessionStorage(keyscs.map-consent.v1) so you are not prompted again on the same visit. Provider: OpenStreetMap Foundation. - Google site verification — a static
<meta>tag used to prove site ownership in Google Search Console. No script, no cookie.
7. Your rights and how to manage cookies
Through our cookie banner and the "Cookie settings" link in the website footer you can at any time:
- Accept all optional cookies with a single click;
- Reject all optional cookies with a single click — rejection requires no more clicks than acceptance;
- Customize your preferences per category (Strictly Necessary is always on and cannot be disabled, Analytics and Marketing are opt-in);
- Reopen the Cookie Settings dialog at any time from the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of every page;
- Withdraw previously granted consent — withdrawal takes effect immediately and any already-set optional cookies are deleted. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
